Returns & Refunds

Our products are custom-printed on demand, but we want you to shop with confidence. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery — for any reason, including change of mind or the wrong size.

30-day returns — the basics

• You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
• Items must be new and unused — unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• For change-of-mind or sizing returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Once we receive the item, we issue your refund.
• Refunds go to your original payment method, typically within 5 business daysof us receiving the returned item.

Defects & our mistakes are always free

If any of the following happen, we cover everything — a free replacement or full refund, your choice, and you don't need to ship the item back unless we ask:

• The item arrives damaged or with a printing defect
• You received the wrong item, size, or color versus your order
• The item is materially different from its product page

How to start a return

1. Email support@folkcrest.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. For a defect, attach a clear photo of the issue — we'll sort it out fast.
3. We'll reply with return instructions or approve your replacement/refund.

Order changes & cancellations

We start production quickly. If you need to change or cancel, email us within 12 hoursof ordering and we'll try to catch it before printing begins.
