Shipping Policy

Every Folkcrest item is printed to order, so each order has two stages: production, then delivery.

Production time

Items are made after you order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before an order ships.

Delivery time (after shipping)

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–20 business days

These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays can occur.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and items. Any promotions (such as free-shipping thresholds) are shown in your cart before you pay.

Tracking

When your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the parcel comes back (reshipping costs may apply).
