Shipping Policy
Every Folkcrest item is printed to order, so each order has two stages: production, then delivery. We ship worldwide.
Production time
Items are made after you order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before an order ships.
Delivery time (after shipping)
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier and customs delays can occur.
Shipping rates
- United States: $4.99 first item, $2.00 each additional item — free over $60
- International (rest of world): $9.99 first item, $3.00 each additional item — free over $90
Rates are in USD. Your exact shipping total is calculated from your destination and always shown in your cart before you pay. Any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the recipient's responsibility.
Tracking
When your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the parcel comes back (reshipping costs may apply).
