Products & made-to-order

All items are printed on demand. Colors may vary slightly between screens and printed products. Product descriptions and sizes are provided as accurately as possible.

Orders, pricing & payment

Prices are shown in the currency listed at checkout and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order (for example, suspected fraud or pricing errors) and will refund payment in such cases. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown before you pay.

Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery estimates and our defect/misprint policy are described on the Shipping and Returns & Refunds pages, which form part of these Terms.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text and branding on this site are owned by Folkcrest or used with permission, and may not be copied or resold without written consent. Our designs are original works and do not incorporate third-party trademarks or copyrighted characters.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection laws.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Utah, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
